Tiramisu Pudding Shots ~ Kid-Friendly Version
1 3.5 ounce box Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix
1 3.5 ounce box Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
2 cups Cool Whip (or you can substitute 1 1/2 cups whipping cream and 4 Tbsp sugar, whipped)
2 cups cold milk
1/2 cup coffee (not hot)
7 or 8 Pirouette Cookies
For the Chocolate Pudding:
Beat together with an electric mixer until combined: chocolate pudding mix, 3/4 cup milk and the 1/2 cup of coffee. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Carefully, pipe into shot glasses.
For the White Chocolate Pudding:
Beat together with an electric mixer until combined: white chocolate pudding mix and 1 1/4 cups milk. Fold in remaining cup of whipped topping. Pipe into shot glasses on top of the chocolate.
Garnish with shaved chocolate and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Top with Pirouette cookie halves. (Note: cookie pieces will get a little chewy in the refrigerator, so if you prefer them to be crunchy, add the cookie pieces immediately before serving)
On display together, the glasses layered with creamy pudding goodness look nice enough for even an elegant occasion while still offering a simple, easy to make, and perfectly sized portion of sweet to satisfy your next chocolate craving.
SUPER light and fluffy…
Can we say, “Yum!”?
