Red poinsettia flowers, gold glitter and flickering candles make for a warm, inviting welcome and a festive one at that.

This 6 foot tall tree is a slim tree which makes all the difference in whether we can fit it in our front entryway or not. It is a beautiful champagne colored tinsel tree which to be honest, turned out to be more of a silvery color in daylight even though when I ordered it, it definitely looked more gold. Anyway, the good news is that silver, gold or whatever color this “champagne” tree really is, at least it ended up looking pretty good under all my holiday decor. 😉

Everybody needs a little extra cheer this time of year as we enter the often dreary weather of late fall and early winter that is setting in outside. However, with the holiday season upon us, I especially look forward to coming home to a festive welcome and nothing can greet you with Christmas cheer quite like a lighted tree covered in red poinsettia flowers.
